It has been a long and tiring week for me this past few days.. 5 working days, 3 days unable to wake up on time which causes me to spend unnecessary money taking cab to work.. :(
But at least it has been fruitful for me at work. finally i have an "official" assignment liao.. Will be learning the new river analysis software and after dat will be taking part in one of the projects. At least now i have something decent to write for my assessment report liao..
Anyway, wanted to review on last wkend new yr celebration. went for the 风炮and天灯 last sunday and monday. still prefer the 风炮 more. It may seems crazy to let yourself stand in front of the 冲天炮 and letting it hit you but thrust me, its really exciting and u'll feel the adrenaline rushing through while waiting for them to light the fire works. Dat is of course you did the proper protection b4 hand la.. Apparently, i didnt and it still hurts when i'm hit. Most importantly, the fire works display are really nice.. (too bad my camera no battery liao ah bo can take more pics.)
As for the 天灯leh, ok la. went there, light the lantern, after dat go back liao cos still got work the next day. Its a nice scene la seeing so many (think got 1000+) lantern flying up into the sky at the same time. Had a gd time writing nonsense on the lantern though..
